What I am missing:

Transparent scoring for missions.
Cargo, Passengers, Aircraft respect so on is clearly missing dings when something is wrong. I’d like to know what is wrong exactly from the game perspective. -
VFR vs IFR and “Real” Weather. I’d like to have current daytime (night certification exam should be for something, right?) and current Live weather, not the generated or “historical” weather. Also VFR means the other rules of flying. Game may have IFR and current weather/day time as an additional level of complexity (or two). Also many times VFR conditions with strong winds and gusts and turbulence are not counted in “weather bonus”. Simply because you have not been in a cloud.

Proper airports for missions. Short runways should be rewarded more. Not all are with proper gear to land at short runways. Also many aircraft are not suitable for short runways. I’m ok landing-wise. Not sure about the need to takeoff for 208 or pilatus-12 from the short runway. Basically after you’re in “somebody” has to fly from that location, no?

This is gonna be hated: Fuel calculations and routing. Leave that to player please, but disallow “refuelling” when in the air. Reward more those who respect long flights without the need to “refuel” magic way mid-air. Also game should not have missions that require either full fuelling and mixture play (esp. with the winds provided) or basically kind of cheating. Please give the EXPLICIT choice of real time and weather to be used for the mission to calculate route with winds. I have skipped certain cross-atlantic flights because was not sure about my fuel caluclations despite effective 8:20 flight for 737 BBJ. And do not punish for landing “almost dry”. This may happen.

Oh I know how many people shall hate this but fail mission if player aircraft is not moving at the departure or arrival airport for some sane amount of time. Like let’s say 30 minutes for B737+ may be ok for all the procedures before pushback.
