ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Often when constructing a powerline on a slope, the drop point is below ground.
You can not drop your cargo. The marker is there but the blue ring is nowhere to be found.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
About every 5 missons in mountains in Norway.
REPRODUCTION STEPS

Start a flight in Lofoten Noway or other places that has mountains

Fly to the drop off
-
No blue ring to drop the cargo.
