This career mode is an amazing feature/game mode however some gamers/simmers like myself would love to play with the style of “manager mode” without having to obtain a pilots license were we own a hanger or even an airline from a bussiness perspective when we arent in the mood to fly but still want to spend hours enjoying he sim. Is this or will this be possible? Such a feature/game mode would expand the different ways we can experience this sim even when we arent in the sky’s ouselves. If so can we also fly as a co-pilot for the hired a.i. pilot after obtaining a license or even as a customer/passenger for the hired a.i. pilot without being required to have a license?

In general an expansion on the career mode has a lot of potential.
I’d also like to manage the businesses outside of flying sometime rather than having the passive income tied to my flight.
Ideas off the top that I haven’t thought much about yet:
- Accessibility to the manager mode in web browser/app so i don’t even have to load the sim to manage.
- different experience of hired pilots part time/full time etc… and lists and names of those pilots and management of their salaries etc…
- lists of available jobs and picking them and assigning pilots for those jobs
- jobs you’ve been successful at will have those clients book more jobs with you, so a happiness rating which would bring more business.
