• 100% - and it is so annoying because you basically have to zoom in and out just everywhere, because missions could suddenly pop up at any place.

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Only by constantly zooming in and out you can discover all missions.

Right - you have to keep zooming in and out as you drag the map around. I forgot to mention that, so thanks for mentioning that!

In fact not even zooming in will reveal all the missions. If you click on an airport and choose mission list, then you might see missions you won’t see even if full zoomed in. I use this on big airports for passenger transport. The map in fact only shows one mission usually, but if I open the list on the side, then a few more, but if I click the airport itself and choose mission list of that airport, then I have 20+ passenger missions that never appeared.

And I have seen missions vanishing right in front of me.

I usually fly in Africa medium cargo and I always check the destination airport of a mission fully zoomed in. I had it a few times that when I went to zoom out level, the mission that pointed to that destination is now gone. The mission icon that I just hovered over to see where the line ends just went away after coming back from being zoomed in to the destination airport.

I think I’ve seen that too.

That is not really a problem, because if you accept the mission you still have pre-mission screen which shows the route, and you can click EFB there to see the details (including runways of the destination).

100% reproducible.

I wonder with the zoom in/out is an attempt by devs to now overload the map by drawing 100s of icons etc…so perhaps some limit is in place.

not a very good approach, but I could see how there might be issues if you zoom right out, when you have unlocked every mission type

ofc, the obvious solution would have been filter by mission type.
… which you have to think, must have been original planned by didn’t get implemented in time. ! its kinda crazy its not there on day 1.

yeah, I noticed this today too…at a smaller airport.
means there could well be many more missions that we just never see.
(my guess is, they are just drawing the icons on top of each other… so its random which icon you get to see)
