There is a Mission Objectives window that lists the things you need to accomplish next. They turn green when you achieve them – e.g. Maintain 75 kts. Mine just sticks on Take Off Rwy 21 or whatever. Presumably there is some invisible gate that I need to hit for it to register as taking off, but no matter what I’ve tried, I’ve not been able to trigger it. I have not had this problem with any other mission which include similar objectives.
Instead, it just fades to black and restarts at the beginning of the runway over and over. The farthest I have gotten is when rotating precisely at 55 kts, and maintaining 75 kts in the climb and runway centerline. I get almost to the waypoint marked “Climb” before it resets. I’ve tried shallower and steeper climbs, veering to the left and right, flaps up early, different mixture settings, and lots of in between combinations.
