Career mode "Skip to descent" payout logic discourages shorter missions for passenger airliner transport

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Currently, the best way to make money is to pick the longest B737 Max 8 missions and skip to descent as soon as possible. The base payout for the longer missions can be over 10 million credits, while the shorter ones only pay low millions. So essentially by doing the same amount of work: preflight, taxi, takeoff, skip cruise, takeoff, landing, and taxi to parking, you get drastically different end payout outcomes. I am certain this is not what the devs intended as this discourages people from flying shorter missions.

I think the payout needs to be proportional to the flight time people spend on each mission so if people want to fly longer missions they get appropriate payouts but shorter, more frequent missions should be equally profitable. If people skip to descent on longer missions, their final payout should be no different than doing a shorter mission and skip to descent.
