Update 4 has been great so far but its been over a year and whilst im astonished at what the sim can achieve when it works right unfortunately its disheartening after hours wasted and money lost. Due to aircraft spawn in on or near buildings resulting in failed mission and costs.
To rectify this you need to implement a mission which the objective is only to start the aircraft and shut it off.
This mission should pay 2 million credits. And be repeatable (with a warning) basically its a here’s yhe effort time and money you lost and are still suffering due to bugs.
The mission should not give reputationas its easy enough to gain back.
This needs to be implemented
Some wish for the carrer mode :
- Heli cargo mission : multiple load to move in the same mission.
- SAR mission : Use of hoist not only on mission over water.
- Firefighter mission: Multiple drop with the AirTractor.
- Firefighter mission : Water drop with helicopter.
- Possible to choose livrerie when buying new aircraft, or purchase a new paint.
- More aircraft available, especialy third party aircraft.

Aircraft Maintenance:
We need the ability to see the maintenance status of individual aircraft on the Manage company fleet tab such as shown on this mockup. Trying to find an aircraft missed when doing maintenance on a large fleet is an exercise in frustration when the only means is to remember the sequence of the random distribution of aircraft types in the fleet tab.

For me the lack of medium cargo missions to destinations with a runway long enough for a safe landing. The majority of missions have runways under 2,000ft. I’m currently flying the Pilatus PC24 and waste so much time looking for missions with a long enough runway, so a filter to include the following would be useful:
- Destination runway length
- Destination airport facilities, e.g. ILS, runway lights, etc..
It would also be great to have the ability to select contracts whereby you have to move a certain amount of cargo from A to B, maybe within a certain time frame and you have to fly the aircraft back to A. For the return flight if there is cargo available that needs to be transported to A then you have the option to transport it. The contract would remain active between sessions until completed.

Yeah, the whole penalty system is a mess. Since when does any flight irl get dings for a wheel touching the grass to the runway edge or landing with a couple of kts over a limit.
I would like to see the ding system just change to a warning system as it is irl .
The ding system makes it too gamiefied.
2nd wish, please make co-ordinate treasure hunts. Ones where you have to figure out the clues to the next point and collect a digital token of some kind to demonstrate that you have found one of tou route marks. You literally have to exit the craft to collect it.

Just fix the ability to actually load passengers from any airport that the aircraft fits in. The amount of mission failures I’ve had over the last year because of this is a joke

The requirements to progress are in some cases excessive.
During the past year, I have on and off again tried to get A-rated medium cargo flights. I need 15 of them. I have completed two.
Of these cargo flights, the majority ever put me landing on way too small airfields or in weather conditions that would have cancelled the flight to begin with. Its tiresome. I get that I ought to do some of these flights but either lose the A-Rating, make it a “one mission with S-Rating” like some of the others or reduce to something more reasonable like five missions.
I am not even trying to do this with my own company plane anymore for this reason.
Try to do these in the desert reas like Aus or North Africa. Runways are better there and generally flat.

I couldn’t find a thread for this (and I did look) but I want any and all add ons (community folder) to be allowed in career. Chase plane is a big one I can think of, but even third party aircraft etc. The game should allow me to use any and all mods to enable my enjoyment of the career mode.
If something enables cheating, so be it. if someone wants to play career like that, that’s for them to decide. There are all sorts of addons that would lead to the betterment of career mode and I want them. Freeware aircraft should also be added to career mode. I want my fenix in there!

We need a default Airbus A220 and default Boeing 717 200 so we can have aircraft that can operate on any capacity and even make low capacity profitable

We need a “Mission cannot be completed” option - and a further option on what to do.
For example, weather prevents landing? Allow us to divert.
Refilling Truck placed in a way that prevents landing? Allow us to ask it to move or to abort the mission. All without a reputation hit.
I swear the reputation hits are more annoying then the repair bills.

In carrier mode not all the aircraft available to buy can be flown in free flight. Would be nice to take a new purchase for a short flight around d your HQ to get a feel for it.

I would assume you would need to buy the version upgrade in which the aircraft is part of.
