Some really good suggestions here to make career better. I know I saw at least a couple of these mentioned already, but just for good measure:
When announcing departure to passengers, it always states “flight from [departure airport] to [departure airport]
When announcing we’re at cruise, it gives the incorrect altitude & airspeed
Still getting overlapping ATC calls & replies
Why is there no rhyme or reason to how the aircraft are listed within each company?
Don’t have the company list (and aircraft list in each company) reset to the start each time you back out. If I’m doing maintenance on the 12th plane in my charter company, I shouldn’t have to count each plane to find the 13th, and so on.
More info on the aircraft pins. Is that PC-12 in my medevac, cargo, or VIP company?
When filtering missions by aircraft or mission type, only applicable pins should be shown. If I want to do a cargo PC-12 mission, I don’t care where my VIP vision jets are, etc.

Loading progress bar in missions. Sometimes when I start mission I simply don’t understand if FS decided to stop loading and waits for alt+F4 or I need to wait for 10 minutes more… or…?

In the career mode end of mission scorecard I would like to drill down in each category to see why I only got that score and what went wrong and where are the opportunities to get 100%?
Eg. Respect the condition of the aircraft 75% - it would be nice to see why 75% and where I went wrong to not get 100%. Was it brutal banking, airspeed, reckless flying in the conditions, brutal descent profile and non butter banging the aircraft down for landing
Currently in the aviator performance details its just a vanilla tab and the same for every mission it’s doesn’t really say alot about the mission just completed.

How about they introduce some more realistic spoken comments from the people onboard your aircraft and on the ground? AI could help with this. I’m sure I’m not the only one who finds the tone of the passengers on those sightseeing flights either vacuous, mildly sarcastic or even passive aggressive especially when you do something wrong!

The passenger banter is insulting in several regards:
- The language used is not realistic
- It tries too hard to add context
- It’s repetitive
- It can be demeaning, literally insulting
- It prompts pilots to defer to the whims of the passengers without regard to safety, etc, and there’s no way to tell them no. In fact, you get penalized and belittled if you don’t do the thing. Who is pilot in command, exactly?
- It occurs in phases of flight where it should not
- There’s no way to shut them up

World discovery flight locations should be available from the start for career. So that we can perform missions instead of flying nonsense

Please consider expanding career mode aircraft with ATR 72 - perfect for regional passenger routes; already present in MSFS 2024 and widely used as AI traffic.
