Almost all of my 737 Max career airports can handle the heavies.
Please fix that unrealistic wind on mission. Always crashing because 200ft above the ground wind is extremly strong that you crash the plane everytime.
And fix short runway. Check runway length before set the mission thats not that hard…

I really need a dash 8 200 to throw at cargo routes to complement the Saab 340B, and I need a CRJ 100-200 for VIP routes and I need to play around and put a Boeing 737 max 7 up against the e195 e2, and I really Need the Boeing 737 300 for cargo missions and passenger transport missions the way I’m visiting smaller airports 
I need better cargo mission airports for the PC 24. Most of the missions are to very small airstrips with no PAPI lights even. How am I supposed to land a jet properly like that? And some of the runways are very short, so any late touchdown becomes an issue.
WTG naming aircraft, we should be able to enter a unique tail number for each aircraft – that’s all the name I would require. Or even have the game assign unique tail numbers.
The only aircraft I need for career mode is
Boeing 767 300/300er, dash 8 200, metroliner, Boeing 717 200, CRJ 200, and Boeing 737 300 series,
These aircraft could handle for career mode
The Boeing 767 300/300er and 737 300 could handle freight and passengers
The dash 8 200, and metroliner can be used for VIP, cargo, and passenger
CRJ 200 for passengers, and VIP operations
boeing 717 200 for passengers

What I want is for inibuilds and pmdgs planes to become available, both developer’s says it a goal of theirs for it to happen.
I also wish for the heavy and super heavy quests to become available. We were promised this long ago and now it’s more than reasonable to ask for it to be unlocked.

- Career mode liveries for freelancer
- Choose time of flight all companies using the world map slider(enables night missions and anytime you want to fly)
- Reduce wear and tear rate on engines and tweak a few other parts wear and tear rate. Greater discount manually fixing parts v delegating to mechanic
- Super heavy cargo, heavy cargo, cargo all over planet earth, remove those geography seasonal rules. Currently Australia is lacking super heavy cargo and I’m sure it’s not the only location
- Missions to and from Kai Tak. The airport is there we can’t use it in career mode
- A quick maintenance delegation button for the entire fleet of a company

We’re just missing the B767 platform, B757 platform, CRJ 200, E175LR, B747 200, e135, 717 200, and 727 200 for good cheaper aircraft to cover and passenger transport and freighter jets and career would be way easier if it had those choices looking at the price’s of those aircraft

Please fix the methadology of maintenance.
The slider in the hangar, when it is moved, you click on a plane to check it, then come out of it the slider has gone back to the beginning again thus you lose your place.
If you just click on or off it stays in place so why can’t it do that after a plane is maintained???

Fs2024 really needs to partner up some airlines to make fs2024 career mode more interesting to bring in new aircraft like if they had a few airlines become official Sponsors like SkyWest, Delta airlines, and Porter Airlines would be fantastic for what aircraft can be added to career mode
I would love to be able to choose my livery. So many liveries to choose from and you are locked in to some arbitrary livery.
Also, being able to resize the atc app so I can see more than 3 airports at a time. Trying to find and contact the airport while flying the approach is hilarious.

- All first party planes in career
- Encourage / tech assist third party planes into career, esp the complex ones
- Copilot to run radios in career - at least during cruise-TOD. They can announce it and give 10 minute warning before player must take over radios at descent
- Liners cold and dark at career load in
- Multi leg career flights eg Casablanca to NY in a DC3
- Humanitarian / emergency drop flights with A400 / C17 / helicopters
- Navigraph in Xbox EFB
- Choose your office in career - (run an air conglomerate from the starting hangar - lol)
- Fix the 307 Stratoliner performance at altitude, as to career
- Buy and refine Pushback pro for Xbox or implement a similar player managed system, or at least refine default pushback
- Remove the cutscenes in career preflight - immersion breaking - we have a plane to manage. Passengers chatting with crew and requiring us to close te door to muffle / mute then would b more realistic

That would be a great solution but in my case, I only fly in VR so typing on a keyboard is problematic.
Having a pop up keyboard to use in VR would be great but with all the other problems in career mode, I would probably be waiting quite a while for that lol.

I just need these aircraft
Embrear E135 Embraer 175LR, embrear 195E2, Cessna 402C, CRJ200, b747 200 and metroliner
because those aircraft would finally enable us to have fun in free flight by flying Denver air connection, cape air, porter, and contour routes , the others would be extremely nice in career mode and the e175LR would be very popular in online multiplayer and help open up the smaller airports with traffic

These suggestions come from over 3,300 hours in the game, nearly all in career:
Make maintenance easier for large fleets:
- Give us a couple of quick “repair all” option. Maybe one with the option of doing all to reset all the timers back to 0, and another option to do just those already at or over the hour limit.
- Currently, when you maintain a plane, it jumps you back to the beginning of the company. So, as you maintain each one, you have to count the number you’ve done so you don’t skip any. When you have 45+ in a single company this becomes a chore very quickly.
- This might be easier if we could change the paint color or livery to distinguish one from another.
- Allow us to have multiple companies of the same type. This will help with #2 above if that wasn’t fixed, but also allow us to organize by putting big jets in one cargo company, mid-sized in another, and small ones in another.
- Allow us to drag and drop the aircraft within the company. When one buys an aircraft there seems to be absolutely no rhyme or reason as to why it puts the new one where it does. As such, it makes it difficult to do things like stagger the maintenance. On the 747’s for instance, I purposely stagger the engine replacements. I do some early so that after the first time, I only replace one engine per cycle. This helps even out expenses.
Finding aircraft:
- Currently, with 170+ planes all over the world, if I am in the mood to fly a career mission with a specific plane, I have to repeatedly click on the yellow tear drop to identify it until I find the right one (unless I am missing something). Ideally, when you filter by aircraft and mission type the other planes would disappear from view the way other mission types disappear currently when filtering them.
Filtering then sorting missions:
- It would be nice if after we have filtered the missions, we could sort by the fields like payout or time in ascending or descending order.
- This might be a big ask, but ideally, one could select aircraft and mission type and let the game find the highest paying ones that you could then sort without having to choose the airport. It might need to be limited to the area in focus from the world view.
Please give us a way to disable the “Gold Star” missions - Or, at the very least least stop spinning the world around showing where they are. Besides the time it takes to do that, some of us with motion sickness issues, motion like that not controlled by us really gets to us. I have to close my eyes when I realize they reset and it is doing that.
