Description of the issue:
In career mode, when confirmed to begin with passenger boarding it give me a mission FAILURE

Very frequent - as bellow Facbook user mentioned, can be airport dependent.

Take career A321 mission
Step into aircraft
Confirm passenger boarding

This is a known issue in career mode its due to airport not having a jetway as stairways are not modeled for career mode. if fly out of any major airport that has a jetway youāll be fine.
They were in SU3 with the 737. Just another bug that came with SU4 -_-

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The problem is that in Career Mode, during Passenger Transport - Airline missions, at the very beginning, when accepting passengers, the mission fails with the message āYou left the parking stand before completing the ground handling process,ā and I cannot perform the flight. I first experienced this problem with the 737, sold the 737, and now I am experiencing the same problem with the Airbus A330-200GE model.

Choose Passenger Transport - Airline mission and choose A330-200GE in career.
Start Mission (FLY)
Press L1 + Circle to enter aircraft
Listen to First Officer and Purser
Press ā to request passengers boarding
and boom Mission Failed 
None of the Pilot Assistances are active/enabled.
Iām having the same issue, flew Manchester to Houston George bush airport and when I press enter to board it fails. Very annoying this has been going on over a year
Found a little work around. Donāt know how bullet proof it is but when I done it it didnāt seem to damage my aircraft from what I can gather. No warnings popped up
so what I did was skip to taxi and basically reset the a330 to dark and cold and set it up on the taxiway. Isnāt ideal really but itās a work around for those who are having issues and just want to fly and earn some cash
I had this problem with two separate flights, one from CYYZ and one from KJFK today but only with the A330-200RR. I have been able to fly with the A330-300GE with no problems from both airports. I havenāt tried the other two variants (A330-200GE, A330-300RR); not enough money as yet to try those.
This leads me to possibly speculate that this may be specific to the A330-200 and not the A330-300.
Canāt say about the A321LR, but I had this problem when I first tried to fly it. Another flight with the A321LR worked. The A321LR has some serious problems which caused me to abandon it in favor of the A330.
I have noticed with the b737-8 max that if you do the full outside inspection and have everuthing in the green you will not have the fail on the mission. Only problem i have is that the N2 wonāt rise to 25 for the engine start although i have fully completed the checklist and apu and apu bleed are functioning. so thatās the next problem.
Scratch up another suffering with this issue. I donāt want to have to āskip to taxiā as you lose credits for skipping. Submitted support ticket to MS
Same problem here. With and without jetways/fingers i get mission failed when boaring passengers starts.

Same issue, A320neo v2, RCTP. spawn with working Jetway, still the issue. I try four times.
First time ive seen ābug loggedā for the pre flight mission fail killers, finally 14 months unbelivable
