I’m already going between On-Air and NeoFly for career/progression because I kept reading the ingame career mode is basically unplayable but I’m curious what other addons and apps for more immersion, persistence, progression etc, especially for GA flights you’d recommend?Or maybe there’s better career addons?
I’m using Fly The Line and it’s quite fine. You can fly any of your aircraft if they fit into the weight characteristics of the category. You can create several profiles (companies) around the world and jump from one to another. There also different ways of create and develop a career. I fly with it every day. For the moment is only for flights below 5 hours, but a long haul version is on its way.
For inmersion I’m trying Cabby. It produces announcements for every stage of the trip using AI, quite nice. You can use dfferent languages for the crew. It records the satisfaction of the passage so you must fly smoothly. Very funny.
And yes, the native career mode could be wonderful but it’s very frustrating.
“Better” is in the eye of the beholder, but I’ve been trying out a Beta release of a new career add-on. I haven’t used it a lot, but I have slowly progressed past the first couple licenses.
