From what I’ve seen it appears to be VERY location dependent. Search and Rescue I found on my map only in the SouthWest US in the desert regions. I’m guessing there are a good amount available but you have to have A LOT of the fog of war around the world cleared.
I once ran out of LIGHT cargo missions lol and had to wait a day or two for them to refresh.
