Same here, yoke hides fine. The only thing I don’t like about this plane is the old A/P unit way down near the throttle which is a pain to look down at.
Otherwise, it’s a Cessna 172 that can actually climb.
Odd that mine doesn’t have the ability to change the yoke visibility. Is there a way of resinstalling separate dlc like this? I wonder if that might do something.
When I reported the problem (with the Mooney) to Carenado, they told me to re-install the aircraft (Remove it from content manager, exit the sim, then remove the folder from the packages/official folder). After that I could download and install it again through the content manager but it didn’t help.
So, yes, in theory you can re-install the Cessna, but I doubt it will help you…
I gave a reinstall a shot, and it did nothing. I guess I have to wait for that update.
I was flying the plane the other day,and found I could not pan the gps map. I hope the developers are aware of this bug as well.
yep the same for me I have also a lot of problems with all the Carenado’s planes the Cesna 182 and the M20R like some switches doesen’t work the compass turn around like a crazy and also some crash, probably with the new release they have these problems I hope they fix it asap
Carenado is aware of the problems with both the 182 and the Mooney after the most recent updates, and they are working on it. (per Carenado Facebook page)

I am so done with Carenado. The C182T is a nightmare with horrible flight characteristics, Altitude wanders all over the sky, difficult to control. When you try to contact support they refer you back to MS, which is a total waste of time. Was going to buy the Mooney but now wouldn’t touch it.

The latest update (1.10.11.0) to the sim seems to have fixed the ability to hide the yoke.

Not sure how I report this to Carenado. Do they read this forum? I get a CTD when I click on the Oxygen lever to switch it on.

Carenado let me know that the last sim update broke the C182 and it should be fixed by Asobo in the next update.
Start MSFS and go to your Profile/Content Manager and scan for your Carenado ST 182T product. It will tell you if it is up to date or not. If an update is available, you can tick mark it to download the update.
