You need a lot of clean straight airflow over rudder for authority. Keep stick back while airspeed increase.
To reduce gyroscopic effect from from the huge radial - release the stick sloooowly to neutral. Be ready to catch the yaw with rudder. Takes some experience.
Landing:
Dancing on main wheels is difficult. Best landing attitude is same as parked. 3 pointer Try to remember this attitude. Low airspeed. Drop the tailwheel as soon as possible without bouncing up again. Stick all way back - anticipate some yaw, but do not overcorrect. It is much weaker than on TO
