Brief description of the issue:
Some time ago, I was able to bind “zoom cockpit view” and “unzoom cockpit view” to a combination of a mouse button together with the mousewheel, avoiding the annyoing issue of accidentially zooming in or out when manipulating a instrument knob. Now, if I want to change those two control commands, it forces me to pick either “on release” or “on press”, no matter if I use the mousewheel or not, resulting in the issue that as soon as I click on the button, it instantly zooms fully out (or in).

I have no idea, it started some SU ago and was not there about one year ago, I guess before SU7
