You can just set the A/P and walk away.
Anyway I used this plane to do the Saddle Sore achievement (8 h) and despite leaning and a much lower speed than 139 knots (because only time matters for that achievement) I landed with about 20% of the fuel in the tank.
I doubt it’s feasible with MSFS…
