Cessna 172 Throttle (black one) auto pull back during take off

Yesterday I try to perform clean install windows and reinstall PC steam version of MSFS. The latest version is World Update XIII.
Then I tried to use Cessna 172 to test the system.
During take off, the Throttle (black one) will auto / genteelly pull back to min throttle and I haven’t any idea why.
I tried both turtle beach quadrant and x360pad both have this issue.
Is any idea to fix this issue?

Do you have assists turned on?

Check the ai pilot assists are off
In the drop down menu
And the assitance options are off in options section.
If not one of those, check for multiple key, button, axis.
