Brief description of the issue: I’m trying to use the OBS feature to help line up the plane for landing. It’s not working.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered: in the garmin 530 instrument I have a destination airport. I click on the OBS soft key and nothing changes. No indication that it’s active.
