I purchased the Cessna 182T from Microsoft Store and the download fails about 1/3 of the way with the error message “Package Failed” Any advice on how to overcome this?
Maybe Carenado can get a download link so you can add it to the community folder? Other than that, it’s on MS and their servers.
Also, double check your internet connection. Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and be sure your throughput is up to specs.
Download is 26.39, Upload is 6.02 so I don’t see speed as an issue. So how do I open a trouble ticket with MS?
