Cessna c172 CTD once I activate approach on G1000

I have been flying the Cessna C172 and I noticed when I have a flight plan and turn the G1000 on auto pilot it seems fine for some time. Then autopilot for some reason starts to go of the path and goes into a sharp turn dive. I usually just recover it, turn AP off and back on and hope it continues the flight path…

An even more alarming problem I have encountered almost every time (I’ve noticed this since the last couple of updates because this wasn’t happening before), while on AP and reaching destination i go on the G1000, and “activate” approach, it freezes for like a second and crashes to desktop. This happens every single time now. Is this just me? Is anyone else experiencing this?

So disappointing, one of my favorite planes and I can’t even enjoy it.

No I wrote zendesk with no resolution… im waiting for the next update to see if it fixes it. It was working before the last update so im sure it was something they changed. Fingers cross this next update makes it functional again
