The same thing happens to me with the Cessna Caravan C208, takeoffs and landings are terrifying.

Agreed, this is a very unstable plane to fly. This plane is designed for difficult terrain and short landings but is so unpopular right now. Watch the youtube videos from the sim pilots who try to fly it in career mode especially.
Please do some research of your own, some of us do not have all the technical knowledge to submit photos etc, There is a huge amount of learning to do in this 2024 msfs without having to learn coding as well!.
What is unfair, is you force us to use only a certain percentage of the planes we actually purchased the game for, but they are very unstable to use, in free flight and career mode - PLEASE get yourselves and partners to fix them!!!
AFTER ALL, THE PLANES IS WHY WE PLAY THIS, NOT THE SCENERY,
Steam, msfs2024, PC, 4070 rtx, Honeycomb kit

• Just try to take off in the Caravan in a 10 knot crosswind. Never mind trying to land the thing. Lost a lot of reputation because of this and basically have to fly it with the live weather turned off which is even more realistic /sarc
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Same issue, cannot get it to take off anymore in a crosswind.
Wobbles back and forth as has been mentioned already when on AP even with the yaw damper engaged. Cessna 208 Caravan wobbling on autopilot (NAV or HDG mode)

This is a bug. The real caravan does not handle like it’s struts are made out of Jell-O, and nose-over when braking.

Having logged more than 1,000 hours in real Caravans, I completely agree. I haven’t had the issue complained of here in MSFS 2020, and have only done a few flights in the Caravan in MSFS 2024. Now you all have me interested in spending more time with it. I’ll provide more feedback after I put it through its paces.

the nose over in career mode is because the friction is increased to near INFINITE when the tire or landing struts hit “out of order” in their health bars.
career mode wear and tear are super high, so if you bounce and your gear wasnt like 70+% health, the health drops to out of order (yes in flight while sim is on) and the next time you touch down you get ragdolled by the bad physics.
Try it in free flight, it just doesnt happen.
