Cessna Caravan YAW damper ineffective

• Yes

• Happens in all phases of flight. AP continually overcorrects.

Conducting an ILS approach when the course to the FAF is not aligned with the ILS approach mode LOC will turn green but often the Caravan will fail to stabilize and diverge from the flight path.

I attempted to upload a couple more videos that are more clear since they were taken during daylight hours. Unfortunately there was an error when trying to upload them. One video was taken with yaw damper off and the other video was taken with yaw damper on. Not much difference and the wing rock is still very noticeable.
Career mode. Again strong headwinds of course….(why would it be any other way?) Caravan 208 with autopilot set to nav mode to follow the gps flight plan.

I will try to upload those videos again.

• The Caravan rolls left to right also when the NAV mode is engaged up to a Dutch Roll level. YD is engaged also in Heading mode the wobbling is uncontrollable. Have deleted and installed new the 2024 software but the Caravan is unreliable the fly in AP mode

Just had mine develop a dutch roll that was surprisingly hard to stop. The Yaw Damper should really be preventing this
