Cessna Engine has stopped responding to throttle input. Help!

I am new to the sim with a few hours of use. It started off well with all my controls functioning good. I switched from the Cessna 152 to the A380 for a few takeoffs. Now the Cessna engine does not respond. The engine will stall, and if I attempt to restart it, it stalls again. If I set the mixture to full rich it helps but as soon as I move the throttle the mixture adjusts and the engine stalls. The throttle moves on the instrument panel using the stick and F keys. I have checked the fuel shut off switch. I have also tried adjusting the assist levels with no luck. I am hoping I am missing something simple. Thanks for any help.

Hello @PSYCHOSTEVE76!
Welcome to the forum!

I have moved your topic in a subcategory for seeking assistance. It might help others if you could edit your first post indicating which Cessna.

Hi @PSYCHOSTEVE76,

When things are moving of their own accord, I’d suggest looking in your options for your joystick key bindings.

Sometimes the controls are automatically mapped to your joystick or sometimes things are double bound.

You can also confirm this if you unplug your stick/throttle and see if the mixture still moves by itself.

Hope this solves it for you

Thanks, that was it, not sure why the mapping changed.
