Autopilot doesnt work anymore. Altitude set to 25000, plane is going higher. The same with speed .

No. Autopilot and Altitude Capture are working perfectly.

OP probably has some mod conflict or a bad install after SU12

Autopilot is working fine and altitude capture worked great (finally) at 25000 for the entire flight, where it had the tendency to randomly climb while at full speed and low altitude prior to SU12.
