Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Earlier only needed to validate Navigraph credentials once in G5000 via Navigraph webpage once and it stayed active when aircraft was spawned to another location or even whole simulator was closed. Now everytime I load the simulator, or actually even when I have gone back to main menu and spawn to new location (basically when I load/reload aircraft), I need to validate credentials again. I already tried to launch simulator as Admin as instructed in internet but it didn’t do anything. Asked Navigraph about this, they instructed to contact you. Quote from Navigraph response, if it helps to identify issue: “Unfortunately, there is no direct advice we can give on this - the root cause of this issue is beyond our control. We have not made any updates, so it sounds like the content update caused changes to the filesystem that prevent new values from being stored correctly.”

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

1.37.19.0

Moved to User Support Hub as Navigraph and Simbrief are third party software and not supported by Microsoft. Bug Reporting Hub is only for core sim defect reporting.

Recommend you reach out to Navigraph on their Support Forum for assistance.

Thanks!

Understood. But I would also kindly ask some clarification on whose response what things are. As this kind of bouncing and throwing responsibility forth and back is not too nice customer service. Not speaking of denouncing me via private messages about Code of Conduct in bug reporting on this forum which I should get familiar of. Well I’ve tried my best to just follow instructions given to me but system is so complex that my skills are over.

I’m using default Longitude provided in simulator, not any 3rd party installed addon. I have already approached Working Title Simulations, who I believe is at some level affected to G5000 system in Longitude, in their Discord about this issue and they told to reach for Navigraph in this issue. Well I did and their response was that should report to you. Your response says I should reach for Navigraph again.

I am not any kind of tech specialist and I just cannot understand the borderlines in these kind of issue in any way. If someone could just point the correct direction who to report / tip of this issue, so that it could be solved in the end, I’d be delighted to continue sending reports

Well, I can’t speak for the customer experience you’ve received elsewhere, but it does say at the top of the Bug Reporting Hub page:

And Navigraph isn’t a Microsoft Product, so any reports involving that product can’t go into the formal Bug forum. Your post was moved to User Support Hub so if other MSFS users have experienced the same problem, they might be able to assist you.
