Cessna T207A Hobbs meter reports incorrect time

Brief description of the issue:

The Hobbs meter shows two rollers that are white with black meaning it should be recording 100th’s of hours rather than 10th’s. Since it does 10th’s it looks like 4.1 hrs is .41 hours.

Fly the plane for enough time to see that 1 hr is shown as .10 hrs.
