CH Throttle quadrant USB3?

Earlier in the year, I bought some handles for my CH quadrant configured to a 2 engine jet. The old FS program wasn’t working right so I gave up to wait for this release. After the download and FS 2020 is working, I assigned the buttons on all my things and they worked great. The next day I said let me fly a Jet. None of the controls or buttons were working on the Quadrant, and though the device was showing connected to the computer, there wasn’t any device input responses. I had to remove and put back the USB plug, while playing Flight Sim 2020, to get it to work. I just checked, and it’s not the FS2020 the problem, my new AsRock B550 Extreme4 Motherboard which has USB3 connectors in the back. I had to connect the CH Quadrant to one of the front USB connectors on my computer to get it to work right. The Quadrant response with a USB3 connection, is bad.

It is known that ch products hardware “prefer” usb2 connections.

Seems like, I still have to remove and re-connect my CH quadrant, once Flight Sim 2020, starts up even with any of the USB 2 connections. Until they fix the automatic pilot, IFR and ATC on both Boeing airplanes, I will only use this new simulator for sightseeing, in a prop. I’m not too happy with night lighting of Manhattan. For example, unless it was real late at night, the Empire state building was not showing any upper lighting. I’m looking now to buy that new Honeycomb quadrant. They been advertising the thing for about 3 years, and I still haven’t been able to buy one. I’m glad I was able to buy the yoke though. Now they are talking about after Xmas, and on Amazon one guy wants $649 for a new one. That’s crazy.

My CH Products Fighterstick, Pro Throttle and Pro Pedals are plugged into USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Gen 2 on my Asrock Taichi. No problems!
