I create a flight with 20 intermediate points and take off. Now I realize I have the wrong plane. Now I have to go back to the main menu (wait) then recreate the entire flight with the 20 intermediate points and wait again. This is bad.
When creating a flight plan like that, it’s a good idea to save it after creating it. Then you don’t need to recreate it if something goes wrong. Once you have it, you can use the Load/Save function in the map menu.
The other option is to enable developer mode, which will let you change planes. However, if you do that, your flight won’t be logged in your log book.
Neither option is ideal.
