Change Waypoint Data in Stock A320

So I’ve had a taste of how VNAV should work in the HJet and I’m trying to do the same thing in the stock A320.

In most cases, the world map flightplan data does not transfer over to the MCDU properly, and height data for waypoints is generally a mess. Am I able to change the elevation data myself in the MCDU and make it what it should be? I’ve looked at it and I can’t see how it can be done.

You can’t unfortunately, the default A320 doesn’t have VNAV modeled.
