Is there a way to change pressure indicator from inches to HpA in the Garmin 3000 in a Cirrus Vision ?

Sorry but I am not following you. In the Cirrus Vision G2 there is a G3000 and in the MFD there are these buttons: Map settings, Traffic, Weather, TAWS, Direct To, Flight Plan, Proc, Charts, Aircraft Systems, Checklist, Utilities, Perf, Wpt Info, Nearest. If I click Utilities → Click Setup → Click Avionic settings → Click Units → No pressure units here…. I think you are areferring to the Honeywell Avionics in the Pilatus PC-12.

Sorry, my glitch

this is where on the G2, Left most small screen, pfd settings, scroll down on the next page to the bottom, 2nd tab from bottom.

For future reference, this is a GTC (Garmin Touch Controller). The nomenclature you used prior is more applicable to the Honeywell Epic 2. :+1:

Yes, I did apologise to the pilot and corrected my advice.
I don’t see which nomenclature was incorrect, I don’t think I used any in the GTC advice. Happy to know what exactly (apart from me having an ageing moment in the original advice!) :slightly_smiling_face:

No such thing as a DDU in a Garmin Perspectives Cockpit. You will get very puzzled looks from the folks who just went through CIrrus certification course (or refresher). :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Yep that post was because I posted about the PC12. I know that was all wrong and will now delete it and as you could see I acknowledged it was all wrong

I really thank you both for your time but either I am completely off or I assume that they have not implemented that for PS5. I do not attach pictures but in my version if I click “PFD MAP SETTINGS” a second screen opens with just a list of buttons on the left (Off, HSI Map, Inset Map, Traffic Inset, Map Detail) and one area on the right with a label “Overlays” which contains three buttons activable [“Traffic“:”Settings”] [“Terrain”:”Settings”] [“Connext Radar”:”1000ft”].

Nothing else is clickable.

But don’t worry I have a calculator to convert by hand

No, NOTMap Settings, just the one on the right of it = PFD settings.

YES !! Found it → Thanks
