Ever since unlocking the second level of Charter Service flights, “VIP”, and doing the gold mission for it, I have not seen one single VIP mission actually show up in Employee mode.
Do you have all necessary qualifications?
I’ve had the same issue and @ORFK , you need to get the necessary qualifications to get the gold icon/starter mission.
I’ve also had similar issues finding other mission types, such as extended firefighting. Even though I’ve managed to track some down, it is basically like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Yeah of course. I mean I couldn’t do the unlock mission if I didn’t 
I also have licenses for all three of the aircraft shown on the specialization.
