Check lists how to complete?

I am trying to manually do the check lists. How do I mark the different checks complete? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At the bottom of the checklist window is a “check this item” just click on it, and it checks the item, and moves you to the next one, I think some of the checklists are not complete. I went into the little amphib plane’s and it let me start the engines, and then no taxi or TO checklists were to be found.
