"Checking for updates" freezed

It happend yesterday. It’s freezed on “Checking for updates” forever while launching. I have a Steam PC version, few days ago I installed SU10, everything was working fine. To troubleshoot the problem, yesterday I install some Windows updates, switching Windows 10 from 21H1 to 21H2. After that, MSFS acted like it was without SU10. When started the game, he forced me to install 100 GB SU10 update. It downloaded during night and the game started, main menu appeared. I turned off PC, ate breakfast, started MSFS and it’s still the same… I checked firewall, the game has an access. Windows is up to date. I tried to rename Community folder with no result. Also tried to delete Rolling Cache, but with no effect. Does anyone have similar problem? In my opinion, some small file somewhere can be corrupted, but I have no clue what and where.

Edit: it fixed itself…

It´s an online issue and till they don´t fix it it will reappear over and over again because client does not suceed to get latest game patch info from server, and there´s no timed exit from that loop in case of a failure like this one, so client stays there forever and game never launches. Forcing a full network adapter reconnection (reseting the adapter) is the most effective way I have found to mitigate it. It forces all online services to reconnect, including MS Store and Xbox user account.

For some reason the problem tends to appear more often when running DX11 than DX12, because under DX12 mode game usually launch well most of the times.
