note: Prt Scrn works allways ( note that the picture is in clipboard only , therefore easier e.g. windows-key + Prt Scrn ). If not, you should may be check your keyboard drivers, or check whether your keyboard have e.g. extra “Fn” keys. Also heard about an issue with onedrive, but can’t exact remember. Additional you can enable a “snap” functions within the windows settting “Ease of Access → Keyboard → Print screen shortcut”.
