Hello - I have made the switch to MSFS from X-Plane 11. I have an RTX 3080 Ti with an i9 12900. I used all settings from Q8 Pilot to get my sim running consistently smooth with FPS averaging 55. I thought I would try VR. Bought the HP Reverb g2. Wrote down all settings before altering anything, then changed some settings in the sim and in nVidia control panel. Stutters galore so I reverted to all settings I had written down. Frame rates returned to high 50’s but lagging/stuttering is still there. Can’t figure out what I might have missed on the checklist. Does anyone else have a checklist for:
- Windows 11 Settings (game mode yes/no)
- In game regular and VR settings
- nVidia Control Panel settings
or might you be able to point me to some good checklists that I obviously haven’t yet found
