Checklist tab unavailable on EFB in Career mode

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Checklists are not available on the EFB in career mode unlike free flight mode.
Why are we forced to do CTRL-E in career to start a plane when we can manually do it in free flight ?
The checklists are also useful to learn about the different systems of each aircraft and locate them when needed (various lights for example).

I initially made a request in the wishlist section but it’s effectively a missing features, hence opening this bug.

Make Checklists available on the EFB in Career mode

For obscure reasons, checklists are unavailable in career mode. Completing them should not be a requirement but we should have the option to manually start aircraft and even more important enable systems, especially since we can get penalties when not having some lights turned on or even risk problems with icing. Screenshots of the PC12 and Caravan showing the lack of Checklists on EFB are 2 posts below.
