Checklists in VR

This is probably a stupid question, but I can’t figure out how to bring up the checklist in VR. All of the tutorials show moving the mouse up to a white line with a down arrow. I don’t see this in VR because, of course, I am not on a flat screen.

How do I bring up the white menu that bar and arrow bring up? How do I find the checklists and activate them?

Check your keyboard bindings and search for “VR”. There is a dedicated key for bringing up the menu. I’ve bound it to space bar, but as @SamuraiSax says, it’s indeed TAB by default I believe.

I’ve also bound it to a button on my joystick, so I can easily call up the menu during flying in VR.
