My personal opinion is that response time and frequency are useless characteristics regarding FS. G-SYNC or Freesync are usefull only if your refresh rate can reach your lower monitor frequency. For example, if you can only reach 50fps and if your monitor only goes down to 60Hz, it’s useless.
