Chosing plane variant in career - DHC-2

I was doing missiong for quite some time, but I got kinda frustrated that about 80% are for DHC-2 plane, like, the game ignores the fact that I might want to fly other plane.

But I’ve learned to endure it, I tried to learn it’s GPS variant and when I thought I finally managed to get it working, suddenly there are no missions with that variant of DHC-2. All missions I chose now default to radio variant.

It could be coincidential, that when I once went for free flight with GPS variant I got it back as well in career mode, but when I tried that today it didn’t work.

I know there’s no way to chose the plane I want to fly the freelance mission with, but is there a way to change or cheat the game into changing for the variant of a plane I want to fly the mission with?

Unfortunately not. Once you have your own company you get to fly the plane you own. Which will be one of a choice of maybe 6 or 7, half of them are so bugged out you won’t have fun in them.
It’s a sad state in which the glorious career mode is indeed.
