Cirrus Vision Avionics issue

I bought the Cirrus Vision Jet last week and I’m unable to fly it due to the avionics and dashboard going out immediately after turning it on. How can i get this issue fixed? Should I uninstall then reinstall it? Also is a refund possible on add ons?

If this is on XBox, the console has been low on memory allocation capability to run the sim and any reasonably complex aircraft since around SU11-12. A couple of ways you can mitigate is to not try to operate out of airports or use scenery that already is maxing out your available memory. SU16 is supposed to give back a chunk of memory through optimizations, but it remains to be seen if it can solve Avionics Black Out phenomenon. Note this happens on many reasonably complex jets, not just Vision Jet.

It’s a Cirrus Vision Jet. Not Cessna.

If you want to edit the thread title you can click on the pencil icon at the end of the title.

The brightness always starts as low on the visionjet monitors, there is a wheel to turn the brightness up on the bottom panel of the first MFD to the right.
