All mods and addons removed, Brand New installation
Brief description of the issue:
Had to reinstall the Sim after update 13, trying to reinstall city and world updates and City Update 1is showing as 2.62KB only in the market place in content manager download size os showing as 492 B, definetly both are showing wrong sizes. Unable to redownload and install due to this issue
