I’m just learning how to use the sim. I know nothing about settings and what they mean. All my cities are just triangles and no buildings. How do I fix that?

It would be really helpful if you could include screenshots and locations of the screenshots.
My guess is that you are seeing photogrammetry, but I couldn’t be sure without screenshots.
I’d say your Bing data/photogrammetry isn’t loading, or not loading fast enough.
Go to General Settings\Data and check it’s turned on.
And also check your internet is connected and fast enough.
