CJ4 after AAU - changes on PC version

Since the introduction of the AAU1 and the “new and improved” CJ4 I am encountering the following issues:

  1. the STBY FTL Display turns on but no longer illuminates. I cant find a knob to turn the ligh on in other words
  2. FMS “ARR DATA” page is no longer active
  3. FMS takeoff performance page I can enter the data but the “send” button on page 2 is no longer active
    Simbrief import and cabin safety announcements no longer work but that has been talked about before.
    Just wondering if anybody else encountered these issues?

It has changed with AAU1. You can:
Create a need for the EXEC button
Press the Dep/Arr button and select a departure runway.
Performance/Takeoff screen 1 → input a temperature (OAT).
Press EXEC.
Screen 2 → VR, V1, V2, VT fills in.
Press SEND button.
VR, V1, V2, VT is added to the PFD speedtape.

Yes I always select a SID first before going to the takeoff perf. page.

Right. It is not clear. For other readers:

The FMC seems to only take a SEND on the Performance Takeoff Page 2 only after there is a FROM runway (SID) and TO runway (STARS). And EXEC actuated.

As in, there is a magenta flight plan displayed on the PFD/MFD.

And a temperature (OAT) entered on the Takeoff Page 1.

1st time I’ve flown the CJ4 since AAU2. Seems that my bindings with the Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo no longer work.

Anyone got any tips…

They changed all the custom LVARS to standard MSFS events for the autopilot/PL21 Better, but it does mean any old SPAD profiles etc will no longer work

I don’t do any bindings but the guys at the WT Discord
have the info there that you need.
