It isn’t uncommon to occasionally hear this, especially with default aircraft.
I don’t think anyone has found an exact reason for it due to the “occasional” aspect.
If it continues to happen on a regular basis, I would first look into things such as mod conflicts.
On the real life side, I have seen a few posts in here where that actually has happened.
