Made a flight plan for the CJ4. The NM to the checkpoints in the FMC were much less than the NM to the way points that appeared in the cockpit or exterior views. Anyone experience this?
No but I have experienced AP flying just to the right or left of the gps flight path when on nav.

Me too. The plane was right of the magenta line for most of the flight but eventually drifted over to line up. In exterior view, the plane and the line matched perfectly.
Same thing happened to me on a KLAS to KDEN flight. The drift showed up on navigraph charts as well.
