I figured it was worth the time. Turns out it wasn’t. Right from the start I have an AP issue with the TBM.
What the heck can I possibly do to play this beast?
Check the PSU
Check the HD
Check the RAM
Install the OS
Check the OS
Check you IP , TCP & DNS
Install the FS
Then RUN
Maybe this will fix your “Accounts payable” issue with your Tactical Boyfriend Mention ?

Start reading some of the many posts about the TBM Autopilot issues

The Windows 10 Assessment tool finds nothing wrong. No issues with my reinstalled apps that I use for development…if something was wrong with hardware or even OS, I’d find out pretty quick in Microsoft Visual Studio.

Yes … sorry, mine was a lame reply … my stupid fault… it was not till half way through my reply that I realized what AP & TBM was, and by then, I was heavily invested in my reply !!
My excuse, Not had my 1st Coffee yet this morning.
I went through a OS re-install … with an Initial HD reformat.
Even right after that Clean Install, diagnostic tools still found things wrong with the install.
You sound like an experienced developer… so sorry… really sound like you know what you are doing.
I think it’s just the nature of MSFS at the Moment … lots Broken, and an Update process where one thing gets fixed, while two more get broken.
Not tried the TBM yet … but the simpler C172 Classic seems to do OK, except even there, the AP has a fundamental BUG, that woud only need 1 line of Js to fix … yet it remains broken, update after update.
If you’re a developer then you would know that “Right from the start I have an AP issue with the TBM.” is not a very good way of describing what’s going on. I also don’t understand why folks think that wiping their PCs will help; what a waste of time.
As @N6722C says, a good search will help you. In the meantime I have a TBM-930 autopilot testing thread to get beginners up and running when they say the autopilot doesn’t work. I have about 70 hours in the TBM.

One thing I always seem to get confused about … when people post comments like “I have about 70 hours in the TBM”, I can seldom tell if they are talking RW or Sim … (Big difference !@!)
I’m not a pilot. I have chosen the TBM in this game for its speed and relative ease of use, combined with its avionics. So I have many hours with the aircraft with virtually no issues, and I fixed the issue with the game freezing when scrolling in the flight plan in this aircraft. I have chosen to help out members when they have issues with this aircraft.
Aside from MrMooreySJ, I appreciate the assist.
