click buttons in cockpit view is hard

Clickable zone is too hard to find here, as we can see the cursor show it is not ok to click here
It is not ok to click here too 
Label font size is here ENORMOUS, where is my cursor now ?
Here we see the cursor but label is so enormous we can not see buttons anymore :

A320N cockpit view, try to click buttons
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
not simple to click with 1 unique screen, become very hard with more screens
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
