Clock slider not working

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The clock slider and + / - buttons are all screwed up. Most of the time, both buttons make the clock go back 1 hour. And the mouse wheel used to work to set minutes. Now, it’s very imprecise and totally unintuitive.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? All the time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Free flight
2. Load a preset weather
3. Load some PLN flight plan
4. Try to set the clock (time of flight) using mouse wheel
5. Try to set the clock forward (using the + button)
6. Try to set the clock backward (using the - button)
