Clouds ARE very grainy, even on ultra

What happend with clouds, after 5 and 6 patch they are grainy and
looks terrible…
since patch 4 were ok…
please vote to fix clouds!!!

It depends on how the light is bouncing off them, sometimes they look fantastic and sometimes very grainy. Even when they are grainy they do the visibility limiting job they need to do but they have always had this issue for me.

The title of this post is certainly misleading though. There is nothing that negatively impacts game play about them.

Some types of clouds are definitely grainy… like very unrealistically grainy.

It looked i bit grainy for me from day one. Volumetric clouds are very taxing on hardware. I don’t think it would be possible to get rid of graininess completely.
