Communication menu choices disappear during flight

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
While using the Communication tool during a flight to “talk” to ATC, after a while the menu choices disappear. You can still see the text of the communication in the box but you can’t select a menu option to respond, select a new airport, cancel flight following, etc.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
All aircraft tried to date (I picked the C172 because that’s what I’ve used most so far.)

Yes.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Most flights - probably all but I don’t always talk to ATC. I’m always in Freeflight.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start a Freeflight.
  2. Use the Communication tool to engage ATC.
  3. After a while, note you can no longer interact with the Communication system.
    I’ve noticed this most often after acknowledging a change to a different controlled air space.

• At some point in the past few days. COM1 and COM2 disappeared from the communications window.
